Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to conceptualize and design intuitive, visually stunning interfaces for our mobile and web applications.
Leverage user research insights to inform and validate design decisions, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the design process.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design concepts and interactions for various devices and platforms.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, patterns, and libraries to ensure consistent and cohesive user experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights to enhance the overall user experience.
Stay current with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies, integrating them into your design work.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Demonstrable experience as a UX/UI Designer with a robust portfolio showcasing your mobile and web design skills, process, and outcomes.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Ability to translate intricate concepts into visually engaging and user-friendly designs.
Excellent communication skills to articulate and rationalize design decisions to cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Agile development practices is advantageous.
Keen attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
